This Istrian estate, consisting of a three-storey main house and one farm building, has been built in 1830.
The central house is an impressive building, which must have served as a home for a rich landowner. The entrance to the ground floor was made through a stone arch locally named baladur. The living area extends through the ground floor, the first floor and the attic of the central house. The net area of the central house is 440 sqm. On the northeastern part of the yard there is a two storey farm building, with a net surface of about 240 sqm. All buildings were constructed from a massive stone wall, with wooden constructions, covered by terracotta roof tiles. The buildings have not seen any maintenance in the last decades, so the new owner can count on a thorough renovation.
