This stone house is located in a small Istrian village not far from Višnjan. The house whose area amounts to 95 sqm, was most probably built in the beginning of the 20th century. Property is located within the boundaries of the building area for residential purpose. It is allowed to reconstruct existing buildings or to replace them. Planning permission is to be obtained before starting with construction works. Boundaries of the yard are partially defined by old dry walls. There is possibility to purchase extra land.

Layout
The house originally consisted of ground floor, first floor and attic. The roof and inter-storey structures have collapsed. The area of one floor is approximately 95 m2. The house is facing southwest.

The nearest paved road is only 50 m away. House has an electricity supply (which is temporarily turned off). The house could get connected to the nearbywater infrastructure in accordance with the corporation's terms.
