A unique opportunity to acquire an abandoned village in central Istria at 45 minutes drive from Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Nearest settlement is Paz 1,5km. Complex can be reached by a gravel road, and the distance to the nearest paved road is 2,2 km. Since the settlement has no sewage network, it is necessary to build a septic tank or a wastewater treatment device. The complex could get connected to the (1700 m away) water infrastructure in accordance with the corporation's terms. Electric network, onto which is possible to get connected (in accordance with the terms of the corporation) is placed in the vicinity (800 m) of the complex.
